Pursuant to Article 13 and Article 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on personal data, we inform you that the processing of personal data provided when filling out the “Request for information” form will be carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, as well as EU Directives 58/2002 and 136/2009.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing operations related to personal data collected by filling in the “Request for information” form mainly take place at the Data Controller’s premises and are stored for a pre-established time on the service provider’s servers. The personal data collected will not be disclosed and/or communicated to third parties and will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.

DATA TYPES

This information concerns the personal data sent by the visitor user (technically: the person concerned) when filling in the “forms” on the website. Furthermore, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

DATA PROCESSING MODE

We also  inform you that, as provided for in art. 5 of GDPR 679/2016, the personal data referable to you will be processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner; collected for specific explicit and legitimate purposes and subsequently processed in a manner that is consistent with those purposes; adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary with respect to the purposes for which they are processed; accurate and, if necessary, updated; stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects; processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection, by means of appropriate technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The only purpose of the contact form on this website is to allow visitors to the site to contact, if they so wish, the Data Controller by sending them an e-mail via the aforementioned form. The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data is in fact exclusively that of being able to contact the user through  the references sent via the “Request for information” form, in order to process any requests contained in the message sent by the user.

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is art. 6 par. 1 comm. b of the Regulation as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Services or to respond to requests from the data subject.

DURATION OF DATA STORAGE

Personal and particular data will be stored, also in digital format, for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and in any case not exceeding 36 months from their collection.

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

Data subjects are granted the rights set forth in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 21 of the aforementioned EU Regulation and in particular the right to access their personal data, to request their amendment, updating, deletion, limitation to processing, if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law, as well as the right to portability and to object to their processing for legitimate reasons, addressing requests to the data controller.

The data subjects are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

THIRD PARTY SERVICE ANALYSIS COOKIES
These cookies are used to collect information on the use of the site by users anonymously such as: pages visited, time spent, origins of the incoming traffic, geographical origin, age, gender and interests for the purpose of marketing campaigns. These cookies are sent from third-party domains external to the site.
